Small female Chihuahua, approximately 5 lbs and estimated to be 2–3 years old. Light brown coat with white markings on her neck and paws. She appears to be spayed and has a visible spay tattoo. She is friendly, quiet, and calm. No collar was present when found, and no microchip was detected. Found on July 28 near the intersection of Gettysburg Ave and Chestnut Ave.
