Black male chihuahua with a white patch on his chest. Super friendly, but when we found him he had a pink cord collar wrapped around his neck and was practically choking him. We cut it off him, but there was no tag. We can't keep him. He's probably 2‐3 years old. We have 5 dogs already and can't keep him. He's very dainty, friendly to other smaller dogs/people, outdoorsy, sweet, chill, and loves to be petted. He needs a new home. Please help.
