Looks like a long hair tuxedo cat. I first saw the cat yesterday before the storm On April 1st and then this morning, I saw it drinking from puddles by my driveway. The cat was cold and wet and very happy to see a friendly face. I put down my jacket in the garage and the cat went right into it and has been sitting there ever since. Very nice cat, I didn't check to see if it's a boy or a girl. It has clear markings on the back of the neck so please send me a picture matching the same.
